With roots stretching across Canada and India and Africa, Bijaan is the epitome of a global artist. Raised in Calgary, Alberta, as a first generation Canadian, Bijaan wasn't too interested in the stereotypical country scene and was first drawn to hip-hop music at a young age, penning his first verse in the 6th grade with a friend from school.

HIs love for golden era old school hip-hop grew naturally and led to him releasing a promising group album at age 14, becoming a finalist on Shaw TVs Urban Star, playing countless shows and eventually going viral via a heartfelt politically charged verse about the war in the Middle East.

Now, fast forward to 2024, Bijaan is gearing up to finally properly release his long awaited solo EP debut, a project nearly 20 years in the making, produced by Juno nominated producer Andrew Triple A.
